I was recommended the trial and was skeptical at first. I’ve had such a poor experience with the company, the trial and the device, which is honestly a let down to write as I really wanted to like it.
By the end I didn’t even consider smoking, but IQOS need to improve the quality control on the devices significantly.
The good - I like the flavour of Heets (especially Amber), I prefer the smell as it’s pretty much non-existent. No cravings for traditional smoking and fast delivery.
The bad - 3 live chat sessions to resolve a faulty product (aerosol coming from the button) and inconsistent burn, eventually meant a replacement was sent out on next day delivery.
The bad - the charger won’t seem to hold its full charge, after just a few days of use, it won’t charge all the way...
the bad - RETURNED before the trial was up, using their postage stamp in the replacement box and STILL CHARGED.
I actually purchased another one from Sainsbury’s and it doesn’t yet have issues. This has been an expensive experiment for me considering I’ve now effectively purchased two of these in a month...

1. I raised a repair/replacement request last Sunday. A week went by without any communication from anyone whatsoever, so I raised a status inquiry today. I was informed the replacement is due next day. My issue is not about the waiting time, but that there is no communication or evidence from you/IQOS that the request is being processed or what the latest status is. I strongly suggest you implement notification of the processed request (with a ticket number if available), and ideally a function to track the progress easily rather than having to spend time on chat or phone repeatedly.
2. On chat, your caller authentication questions are standard - but email is already entered when raising the request. Why need to provide again every time an agent engages in the chat?
Great customer service - answered all of my questions and kindly set up my account and my order for me!
Poor Customer Service. I called via Iqos chat to ask about my order status, I provided my name, address, date of birth and my order number. According to Iqos policy, they shoud send the order the next day, which was not my case as today didn't receive it, hence asking about what happened. It took me more than 30 min, after being asked a lot of nonsense questions, including what's the registration number on my device, to get an answer, it took long minutes to receive answers from the Customer Service Operator, was feeling like they were having other chats at the same time, or having other better affairs to deal with at the time, or simply ignoring how their customer is feeling. Hope to not have to use their service again.
Great product and great customer service. With this IQOS I am smoking much less, no cigarettes smell, no yellow fingers, no dirty hashtray....
The only downfall is the fact that you get to try few range of heets in a reduced price instead of creating a box of heets which will include about 2 heets from each range to make it easy to choose your favourite.
This will definitely be a heet for customers!!
The system and website are down very often.
The variety of Heets is poor.
Registering at the website take ages.
The costumer service is supportive and polite
